MLS figures are aggregates of listings as entered by agents, deemed reliable but not guaranteed. No single listing is shown in these figures.
How it decides
- The rental rules, from each Town’s and the County’s own pages, decide a rental answer.
- The fee ledger says who has a gate, an association and a club you’d join.
- The MLS numbers say what homes are listed for on each island right now.
- It asks about the house and how you’d use it, never about who lives where. The team can walk you through any of it.
