The Johns Islander's home page printed a "this month so far" line for each island, dated October 25, 2026. The numbers come from the MLS's own market statistics for the current, partial month: October 1 through October 25.
Seabrook Island: 22 new, 8 pending and 14 sold this month, with 63 for sale as of October 25.
Kiawah Island: 12 new, 8 pending and 9 sold this month, with 22 for sale as of October 25.
Johns Island: 53 new, 44 pending and 45 sold this month, with 205 for sale as of October 25.
What the counts mean: new, pending and sold are month-to-date totals for each island, from October 1 through October 25. The for-sale number is the "active" count as of October 25, not a total for the month.
The site's separate market page reports a different window, trailing 12-month figures through September 2026, so its numbers cover another period than the ones above.
